What Octagon Is.

Octagon Studios London rents private music production studios and creative offices as permanent working spaces. Earlsfield and Brixton offer a range of contract lengths. At Clapham, enquiries are welcome for agreements of six months or longer, with move-in dates and inclusions agreed individually.

The Acoustic Structures Connection.

Every Octagon studio is designed and built by Acoustic Structures, a specialist acoustic construction company. Same ownership; the two businesses share an office and a workshop. This matters for two reasons. First, the build quality is genuinely high – fully isolated constructions with independent walls, floating floors and high-performance broadband absorbers, delivering in excess of 70 dB D_w isolation between studios with energy decay curves that stay smooth down to 30 Hz. Second, when something acoustic goes wrong, the fix is in-house and fast.

The Sites.

Brixton (SW2) is our oldest site, opened in 1998 at 130 Brixton Hill. Thirteen studios, including the original octagonal acoustic live room that the company is named after. See current Brixton availability.

Earlsfield (SW18) opened more recently at 3 Kimber Road. Nine soundproofed ground-floor studios, with an upstairs kitchen / breakout space and free parking nearby. The rooms include a 29 sqm premium suite. Studio 6 is available at £1,200 pcm.

Clapham (SW8) is at 42–46 Clyston Street. Eleven music studios and six creative offices span two floors. Viewings are available, with move-in dates agreed individually. Explore available rooms, monthly rents and the virtual tour.

Book a viewing of an available room, or message us on 07828 249 273 with any questions. Email bookings@octagonlondon.com if you prefer. There is no deposit at Earlsfield or Brixton. For Clapham, we will confirm the deposit, bill inclusions and move-in date with you.
