Your working space.
The OSB-finished music studios use isolated room-within-a-room construction, as at Earlsfield. This approach is also used in high-end music schools and professional recording facilities. It provides excellent sound separation for production, writing and recording, but complete privacy cannot be guaranteed and low-frequency sound may still travel. Drums and other high-impact instruments are not permitted. Ground-floor rooms have no exterior windows; ask us about daylight in each upstairs office. The building has CCTV throughout and a shared kitchen, toilets and a shower.
Your agreement.
Agreements can be for two months or longer. A deposit of at least one month's rent is required. Electricity, heating, full air conditioning in every studio and office, and gigabit WiFi are included; confirm your move-in date and agreement with us. Tenants are responsible for business rates; relief depends on eligibility.
