Octagon Studios Earlsfield occupies a private gated industrial unit at the south end of Kimber Road, on the residential edge of Earlsfield. Nine soundproofed studios sit across two floors, each individually lockable with its own 24/7 keyfob access. Rooms range from focused 8 sqm production rooms (£800/month) to a 29 sqm premium suite suited to artists who need client or collaboration space.

Every studio at Earlsfield is built by Acoustic Structures, the specialist acoustic construction company that designs Octagon's facilities. Construction is fully isolated — independent walls, floating floors and high-performance broadband absorbers — delivering in excess of 70 dB D_w isolation between studios with energy decay curves that stay smooth down to 30 Hz. Power, heating, ventilation, gigabit internet, communal kitchen access and CCTV are included in every room.
